Ben Payal (born on 8 September 1988) is a Luxembourgian footballer (midfielder) who currently plays for F91 Dudelange.

Payal made his senior debut for Jeunesse Esch in the 2005/2006 season at 17 years of age. He joined Dudelange in summer 2007.[1]
He made his debut for Luxembourg in a September 2006 friendly match against Latvia. By June 2008 he had earned 15 caps, scoring no goals. He played in 4 FIFA World Cup qualification matches.[2]
